Common questions
How do I switch the language I'm learning?
Open Saylore, tap your profile, then "Languages". You can study any of the six languages and switch between them whenever you like — progress is saved per language.
I'm not getting microphone access
Conversation and speaking practice need microphone permission. On iOS: Settings → Saylore → Microphone. On Android: Settings → Apps → Saylore → Permissions → Microphone.
How do I manage or cancel my premium subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by Saylore directly.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Saylore.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Saylore.
I think I found a bug
Please email [email protected] with a short description, the language and level you were on, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. We read every message.
Can I request a feature or a new language?
Yes — we love these. Send your idea to [email protected] or DM us on Instagram. We keep a running list and refer to it every roadmap cycle.
Data & account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app under Profile → Account → Delete account. If you'd rather we do it for you, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account.
